将 src/Configuration 里的 "Module proxy_module    module_proxy.o" uncomment
重新 compile 一次..

再将  httpd.conf 里的

Proxy_requests  On
CacheRoot       /usr/local/etc/httpd/proxy
CacheSize       5
CacheGcInterval 4
CacheMaxExpire  24
CacheLastModifyFactor   0.1
CacheDefaultExpire      1
NoCache         admin.com xyz.com

这些东西 uncomment 掉, 重跑 httpd 应该就行了...
我没跑过...

Apache 的 proxy 部分还不是很稳, 最好是改用 squid
来当 proxy server 比较保险.
