您看过了 System Commander 的手册中关於 Linux 部份的说明了吗? 它们两三次
强调要把 lilo 摆在 super block!  因为自己的手册忘了摆到哪儿去. 无法替您
指出是在第几页, 您就再找一下了...

我大概回答一下你的问题...
1.假如你已经在dos下装好system commander
2.用linux的boot & root disk 分割出Linux Native & Linux Swap
3.reboot 後在system commander下设定(用ALT+S)
4.找到add remove....的选项,choose add from partition
5.move to Linux Native partition and press ALT+T
6.ESC到system commander 选单
7.move to  Linux,press ALT+S
8.找到local option....,然後好像是第三个选项(不太记得),ENTER and choose NONE
9.同样如果你还有其他作业系统,你也需要重复7,8,将所有的local option更改
10.在system commander 以 Linux 开机(这时hard disk上没 Linux)
11.ALT+CTRL+DEL reboot
12.以boot and root disk 执行Linux 的安装
13.lilo 要装在 root
这样应该是OK了!
建议你在所有动作之前先 fdisk /mbr
