plz look up the keyboard macros section in the emacs info help
in short, you can try this:
put the following lines into your ~/.emacs
(fset 'mymacro
   [?\C-e return])
(global-set-key some_key_combination 'mymacro)
                ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ specify your preferred key combo here
